1 package Top Ramen® Bowl, with sauce packet (packet is optional)
2 Cups vegetable broth
2 Tbsp peanut butter
1 Tbsp soy sauce
1 Tbsp chili paste (adjust to your spice level)
1 tsp sesame oil
1 Cup sliced vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, bok choy)
Chopped cilantro and crushed peanuts for garnish
Directions
Fill bowl with water to line, approx. ¾ cup water, add sauce packet, heat in microwave for 5 minutes. Remove drain liquid and set aside.
In a pan, whisk together the vegetable broth, peanut butter, soy sauce, chili paste, and sesame oil over medium heat until well combined and slightly thickened.
Add sliced vegetables to the broth and let them cook for a few minutes until tender.
Add the cooked Top Ramen Bowl noodles to the pot and toss them with the spicy peanut sauce until evenly coated.
Enjoy the spicy peanut butter Top Ramen in its bowl, garnish with chopped cilantro and crushed peanuts. Ramen® Bowl
