3 whole garlic cloves
1 tsp G/F Worcestershire sauce - or omit if non available
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
1 scant tsp Dijon mustard
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup hemp seeds
sea salt to taste
freshly ground black pepper to taste
Optional: 1/2 teaspoon anchovy paste OR 11/4 tsp fish sauce (Leave out for Vegans)

Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and process until smooth and creamy. It is a lovely thick flavour dressing.


Can be stored covered in the fridge for up to 4 days.

This is my go to recipe when I want a creamy dressing,

An equal portions of citrus (lemon, lime or orange juice), oil and hemp seeds -
forms a base. Add herbs and spices to suit personal preference
