"As viscous as motor oil swirled in a swamp, redolent of burnt bell peppers nested in by incontinent mice and a finish reminiscent of the dregs of a stale can of Coca-Cola that someone has been using as an ashtray. Not a bad drink, though."--Excerpt from "The Moose Turd Wine Tasting" by T. A. Nonymous

Crush 25 of the cookies into fine crumbs; mix with butter. Transfer to parchment lined 13x9-inch pan; press firmly onto bottom of pan. Coarsely chop remaining 20 cookies; set aside.

Sprinkle gelatine over water in saucepan; let stand 1-minute. Cook on low heat 3 minutes or until gelatine is completely dissolved, stirring constantly. Set aside. Personal Notes:

Great recipe, when I worked at The Lodge at Woodloch, I would take this in for our staff, and never had any leftovers.

Once you make this for your friends, be sure they will ask you to make it again.
