1 lb orecchiette
1 lb or less ground sweet sausage
1 head of broccoli rape
1 diced onion
EVOO
Garlic
Calabrian Chili Paste
White Wine
Chicken Broth

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté minced garlic and a hint of Calabrian chili paste, add onion and after a minute or so add ground sweet sausage.
Deglaze with white wine
Add chicken broth and rapini.
Add pasta and cook in sauce for a minute or two
Add pasta water if needed
Season with S&P and additional chili paste or hot pepper.

Chop garlic
Dice onion
Blanche chopped rapini for a minute and drain.
Cook pasta for two fewer minutes than package
