¼ c. soy sauce
2 T. oyster sauce
1 t. hoisin sauce
1 T. rice vinegar
1 T. sesame oil
2 T. brown sugar
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp. ginger, grated
1 T. corn starch
¼ c. water

Directions:
Directions:
1 – In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil.
2 – Add brown sugar to the sauce mixture and stir until combined.
3 – In a separate bowl, mix cornstarch with water to create a slurry.
4 – Heat the stir fry sauce in a saucepan over medium heat.
5 – Add minced garlic and grated ginger to the saucepan and saute for 1 -2 minutes until fragrant.
6 – Pour in the cornstarch slurry while continuously whisking to prevent lumps.
7 – Bring the sauce to a simmer and cook for an addition 2 – 3 minutes or until it thickens to your desired consistency.
8 – Remove from heat and let it cool before using it in your favorite stir fry recipes.
