2 c. all purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder
½ tsp. salt
½ c. water
¼ c. milk
2 T. olive oil or melted butter.

Directions:
Directions:
1 – In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt – mix well.
2 – Create a well in the center of the mixture and pour in the water, milk, and olive oil or melted butter.
3 – Mix the ingredients together until they form a dough.
4 – Knead the dough a few minutes until it becomes soft and elastic.
5 – Divide the dough into equal portions depending on the desired size of your flatbreads. Roll each portion of the dough on a floured surface to create a thin flat disc.
6 – Heat a skillet over medium high heat.
7 – Once heated place the rolled flatbread onto the skillet.
8 – Cook the flatbread on one side for about 1 to 2 minutes or until bubbles start forming on the surface and the bottom begins to turn golden brown.
9 – Flip the flatbread from the skillet and let it cool on a wire rack.
10 – Serve flatbread warm or at room temperature.
