2 c. pancake mix
½ c. milk
2 T. vegetable oil
1 lb. ground sausage
1 ½ c. water
¼ c. maple syrup
1 c. shredded cheese
Directions:
Directions:
1 – Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2 – Cook the sausage until it is done – break in crumbles – set aside.

Prepare Pancake Batter
3 – In a mixing bowl, mix the pancake mix, water, syrup, and shredded cheese.
4 – Stir the ingredients until well combined, creating a thick batter.

5 – Incorporate the sausage by gently folding until evenly distributed.

6 – Grease muffin tins and spoon the batter into tins about 2/3 full.

7 – Bake for 12 – 15 minutes or until tops are golden brown and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
