⅓ chicken broth
1½ cups chicken breast
8 ounces frozen mixed vegetables (peas, corn and carrots)
½ can Campbell’s condensed cream of celery soup
1 tbsp McCormick garlic-herb seasoning blend
Ground black pepper
5 sheets frozen phyllo dough thawed
1/4 cup (½ stick) butter, melted

Preheat oven to 375º. Line baking sheet with foil. Arrange individual ramekins 2 inches apart.

In sauce pan, over medium heat, heat broth, add chicken and frozen vegetables. Cook covered for 15 minutes. Add soup and seasoning blend and cook an additional 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Fill ramekins with mixture.

Spread phyllo sheets on surface, one at a time and brush with butter until you've stacked 5 sheets. Cut in rectangles to cover chicken mixture, folding excess down the side of ramekin.

Bake 25 minutes or until phyllo turns golden brown and sheets puff up slightly.
