chopped beef, pork and veal Or just chopped beef
2 hard boiled eggs
¼ pound proscuitto
⅛ pound provolone
2 onions
2 cans of baby peas

Directions:
Directions:
Flatten meat cover with proscuitto
Add cheese and eggs
roll tightly
brown on all sides
add meat to pan and bake - about 1/2 hour
Add peas and onion mixture Pour over the top of meatloaf (keep it from drying out)

To serve cut slices and arrange on platter with extra peas in a gravy boat
