1/2 cup cocoa
2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
4 eggs
4 tsp vanilla
1 cup chopped nuts
Directions:

Mix ingredients and pour into 9x13' pan
Bake 20-25 minutes in 350 oven
Check at 20 minutes

1/4 softened butter
1/4 cup canned or regular milk
1/4 cup cocoa
