Dressing

2 garlic cloves, crushed to a paste…
1/4 cup Balsamic vinegar…
3 T honey…
1 T Dijon mustard…
3/4 cup olive oil…
2 T mayonnaise…
Kosher salt and pepper, to taste…

SALAD INGREDIENTS

Romaine and Bibb lettuce, cut center vein out of Romaine leaves, chop both together, put in a large salad bowl…
Roasted red peppers, either roast your own or buy jar of slices of roasted red peppers…
Walnuts, handful…coursely chopped
Blue cheese, crumbled, 1 cup…
Tomatoes, I use cherry tomatoes and slice them in half, at least 1 cup, I use about 2 cups
1/2 medium red onion, half moon slices…
Garbanzo beans, drained, 5 oz. Can…
Celery, sliced digitally, 1/2 cup…
Shaved Parmesan cheese, to go on top of salad after it is tossed with salad dressing

Put all ingredients in a mason jar, put lid on and shake well.


Really good….i use 6 cups of Romaine and 4 cups of Bibb lettuce and about 1/2 of the dressing.

It’s all up to you. All amounts of ingredients is up to you for the salad.

Do follow the directions for the salad dressing.
