2 pounds Ground Beef 80/50
1 pound Country Sausage
2 Eggs
1/2 Cup Medium Yellow Onion diced
1/2 Cup diced Green Bell Pepper
3 Tbsp Heffer Dust
1/2 Pound Cheddar Cheese, shredded
1/2 Cup Ketchup
1/2 Cup BBQ Sauce

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat Recteq to 375º F. Combine all ingredients in large bowl, (just breakup the meat)
Shape meatloaf into a uniform loaf flattening the top slightly.
2 Smoke until the Loaf reaches internal temperature of 140º
3 Add Ketchup or BBQ sauce to top of loaf and cook/smoke until internal temp reaches 155º
and remove from Smoker allowing to rest for 15 to 20 minutes slice and serve.
