1lb Ground Turkey
1 Small Onion Diced
4-5 Cloves Garlic Minced
1 TBL Italian Seasoning
Salt and Pepper
1 Can Diced Tomatoes
1 Can Cannellini beans
1 Can Chicken Broth
1 TSP Oregano
¼ TSP Basil
1 TBL Parsley
4-6 C. Chopped Spinach
Fresh grated parmesan cheese to taste

Directions:
Brown turkey with onion and garlic- make sure it is all the way cooked before adding additional ingredients, otherwise the meat can get mushy.
All everything but the spinach and bring to a boil. Reduce to low and simmer for 15-20min. Add spinach at the end and allow to wilt before serving.

Top with fresh grated parmesan cheese
(Tip: TBL dried parsley= ¼ C Fresh Parsley)
