1.5 " thick pork chops, bone in or out
1 onion sliced
1 enveloe Ranch dressing mix
1/2 t garlic powder
1/2 t pepper
1 can Cream of Chicken soup (or mushroom, celery, or other)
1 can beef broth, about 1.5 cups
2 T cornstarch
2 T water

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and slice onion and lay in the bottom of the cooker. Mix the dry ingredients and season both sides of the pork chops. If there is any seasoning left, mix it in with the beef broth and soup. Lay the pork chops on the onions and pour the liquid around them. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours. When done, remove the pork chops. Then mix the cornstarch and water and stir into the crockpot to thicken the gravy.

This ingredients do not vary much whether you are using 2 pork chops or up to how ever many will fit in the bottom of your cooker. But if you are using thinner pork chops you will need to shorten the cooking time to avoid turning them into wang leather. One reipe calls for also adding an envelope of brown gravy to the liquid.
