1 box yellow cake mix
4 eggs
1 box pineapple or vanilla instant jello/pudding
3/4 c. vegetable oil
1 bottle (10 Oz.)7-Up

Pineapple Topping:
2 eggs beaten
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 T. flour
1 stick margarine
1 c. crushed pineapple, including juice
1 can shredded coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 4 ingredients; beat until light & fluffy. Add 7-up & beat well again. Pour into lightly greased 9 x 13 x 2 inch pan; bake in preheated 350º oven about 40 minutes. Remove from oven--cover immediately with topping. Topping--blend sugar & flour, then combine with beaten eggs, margarine & pineapple. Cook stirring constantly, until it thickens. Remove from heat: add coconut, stir until blended. Spread over hot cake.
