4 eggs
1 cup water
Filling:
2 small packages white chocolate instant pudding (available at Walmart)

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
2. Boil water with butter then add flour, salt, sugar
3. Add 1 egg at a time and mix well (I use hand mixer)
4. On a cookie sheet covered in parchment paper, form a circle of dough approximately 10-12 inches round, using a spoon and connecting the mounds. Smooth enough to look uniform.
5. Bake at 400 degrees until browned (25-30 minutes)
6. Turn oven off and let it sit 15 minutes in the oven to dry out, then rest on counter until completely cooled.
7. Mix the pudding with the milk and stir in the Truwhip until well mixed and refrigerate until use.
8. With a serrated knife, cut the ring in two and remove the top.
9. Place bottom on serving tray and fill with the pudding, then replace the top.
10 Put in refrigerator (or freezer) to cool before adding the chocolate.
11 Melt the chocolate per package directions and spoon over the top.
12 Refrigerate till use.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Use strawberries to garnish around the ring and/or in the center. Drizzle with the chocolate.
