200g Cornflakes
150g Unsalted Butter
200g Whitworths Light Soft Brown Sugar
50ml Double Cream
100g Mini Marshmallows

Directions:
Directions:
1. Line an 8 inch/20cm square loose bottom tin with greaseproof baking paper.

2. Add the cornflakes to a large mixing bowl and set aside.

3. Melt the butter in a large saucepan.

4. Stir in the sugar and cream and gradually heat on the hob until the sugar has dissolved. Simmer for 5 minutes.

5. Remove from the heat and stir in the marshmallows until you have a smooth consistency.

6. Pour this over the cornflakes and stir until they are evenly coated.

7. Add the mixture to your prepared tin and press it down using the back of a large spoon or a spatula.

8. Pop the tin in the fridge to set for at least 2 hours, or ideally overnight.

9. Once set, remove the cornflake bars from the tin and slice into 12 even portions. Best enjoyed chilled.
