Ingredients:
2 lbs. ground beef
29 oz can kidney beans with liquid

29 oz can tomato sauce
1 cup diced onion
1/2 cup diced green chilies (I use canned)

2 teaspoons salt
3 tablespoons chili powder

Directions:
Brown ground beef until done and drain off fat. In a large pot (or crockpot), combine the beef plus all remaining ingredients If cooking on the stovetop, bring to a simmer over low heat and cook, stirring every 15 minutes, for two to three hours. If cooking in the crockpot, cook on low for 7-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
