- 1 cup brown rice or any rice you want
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 2-3 scallions, chopped
- olive oil
- 1 carrot, chopped
- 1 tbsp garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil

Directions:

1. Cook 2 eggs and scramble, put the side when finished.

2. Add onion, scallions, carrot, garlic and cook until soft in butter.

3. Add rice and put the eggs back in. Add soy sauce and sesame oil. Taste and see if you need to add any salt or pepper.
