½ cup sugar
½ water
½ cup rice vinegar
5 garlic cloves
2 tsp chili flakes
1 tsp paprika
1 T light soy sauce
Directions:
Directions:
Place in a pan and simmer til sugar dissolves
Simmer 2 minutes then add cornstarch mixed with water. Simmer 5 minutes or until thickened. Bottle up.
