3 lb Pork loin sliced into 1 1/4" thick
2 ea Onion (diced)
6 ea Carrots (diced)
1 TBS minced garlic
3 ea Stalks celery (sliced small)
1 ea Large Bell Pepper diced
4 ea Sliced Potato 1/4"-1/2" thick
½ Cup Canola oil
½ Cup all purpose flour
1 Cup milk
1 Can Cream of Mushroom soup
1 TBS Paprika
1 tsp Lawry's seasoning salt
1 tsp salt
½ tsp fresh ground black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
put oil in Dutch oven on medium heat on range top. Season pork with Lawry's and black pepper. Fry Pork until brown turn over and continue to fry until both sides golden brown. Remove pork and reserve. Place flour, onion and garlic in oil. stir until flour is light brown and onions are cooked. add Mushroom soup and milk mix until consistently smooth Return pork to pot and simmer 1½ hrs on low heat until loin is tender. Add carrots, celery, bell pepper, salt and Paprika to mixture and stir together. Cover top with a laver of potato slices. Bake 45 minutes in oven at 400º until potatoes are soft.
