3 lbs round steak cut into bites
1/2 onion diced
2 teaspoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
4 tablespoons butter
1 cup beef broth

Directions:
Directions:
Place all the ingredients and add the beef in the Instant pot.
Set the valve to sealing.
Set the pressure for 20 minutes.
Release the pressure naturally and stir to combine.
Serve immediately.

You can make a gravy by stirring 1 tablespoon cornstarch in with 1/2 cup of water. Then whisk it in with the steak juices. Switch the Instant Pot to the sauté setting and cook for 3-5 minutes until the sauce has thickened.

Refrigerate the leftovers in an air tight container for up to 5-7 days.
