1 (8 oz) package wide egg noodles (or 8 oz spaghetti noodles broken into 3" pieces)
2 c chopped cooked chicken breast
8 oz cooked ham, cubed
8 oz Swiss cheese, cubed
1 (10.5 oz) can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c milk
1/2 c sour cream
2 T butter
1/2 c seasoned bread crumbs (or French's crispy fried onions)
1/4 c grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:

Heat oven to 350º and lightly grease the bottom of a 9"x13" pan.
Cook noodles to al dente and drain and allow to cool.
In a large bowl mix soup, sour cream, and milk. Add drained noodles, chopped chicken, cubed ham and Swiss to the bowl and mix. Spread mixture in the pan.
Put bread crumbs (or French's crispy fried onions) and parmesan in a small bowl. Melt butter and pour over crumb mixture and thoroughly combine. Sprinkle over casserole in pan. Bake 30 minutes until casserole is bubbling and topping is browned

I don't usually have egg noodles so I use the broken spaghetti noodles and I use the crispy onions on top, adds a lot of flavor. Super easy recipe..I skip the extra dishes and mix it right in the cake pan and then slightly crush the onions in a baggie and just add the Parmesan and melted butter into the bag and squish mix it.
