1 Bag Frozen Blackeye Peas
1 Cup Seasoning Blend ©
3 Tablespoons Bacon Bits
2 Tablespoons Oil
1 Teaspoon Lawry's Seasoning Blend ©
1/2 Teaspoon Black Pepper
1 Teaspoon Italian Seasoning Blend ©
4 Cups Chicken Stock
Add a little water if liquid not over peas.

Heat pot up to cook. Pour oil pot. Place Seasoning Blend, and bacon bits in pot. Let cook for 5 minutes. Pour peas and stir about 2 minutes. Add remaining ingredients to pot. Check the level of liquid if not at the top of peas, add water until reaches. Put on pressure lid and then pressure cooker dial over to left. Cook for 45 minutes. Turn pressure dial to right after putting on pressure steam release. Open top when steam stops and bottom pops up. Let cook on high for 5 minutes. Done.
