Ingredients:
Ingredients:
12 hamburger patties (fresh or frozen, homemade or purchased)
12 hamburger buns
1 1/4 cups ketchup
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 tsp dry mustard
Relish, to your tasting (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Pan fry or BBQ burgers, drain on paper towel.
Place prepared burgers in a casserole dish, roaster or slow cooker (I like to line the bottom with a layer of onions - SO GOOD!!)
Prepare sauce by adding all ingredients to a medium pot and blend smooth with a whisk.
Cook gently over medium heat until heated through, then pour over the prepared patties.
At this point you may cover and refrigerate until ready to reheat later.
When preparing this at mealtime, place in a 300º oven for 25 minutes or until nicely heated through (or slowcooker for a few hours).
Great served with marinated onions, sliced tomatoes, pickles and all the extras that make for a loaded burger.
