1 pkg hashbrowns
3-5 green onions, chopped
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1/4 to 1/2 cup butter, cubed
Ham, thinly sliced
12 eggs
1 tsp Lawrys Seasoning Salt
Knorr's or McCormick's Hollandaise Sauce (powdered packet)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine and spread hashbrowns, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, salt & pepper on the bottom of a 9x13 casserole dish.
Top with cubes of butter.
Bake @ 425º for 60 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes.
Layer ham on baked hashbrowns.
Return to oven for 5-10 minutes.
Crack eggs over the ham.
Sprinkle with Lawrys Salt.
Put under broiler for 2-3 minutes or until eggs are cooked, leaving yolks runny.
Prepare Hollandaise Sauce according to package.
Pour evenly over the casserole.
Sprinkle with Lawrys Salt.
Serve & Enjoy!
