2-1lb pkges of either Bob Evans or Jimmy Deans sage sausage
2 bags of sage & onion bread cubes
1 1/2c.chopped onion
2- (qt. size) large cans chicken broth
2 sticks butter or margarine
sage seasoning
poultry seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
This recipe will make enough to stuff an apprx. 10#
turkey. First empty bags of bread cubes into an extra large bowl (I usually use a foil roaster-works great) then saute onions in butter or margarine, add sausage and cook completely, then add to bread cubes. Use cans of chicken broth to rehydrate bread cubes. Then season to taste with sage & poultry seasoning.
