6/8 tomatoes
1 red onion medium and diced
2 jalapeno diced
3 Tbs cilantro chopped
1 Tbs salt
1 Tbs vinegar
1 tsp lime juice

Directions:
Directions:
Place all ingredients in a food processor and process to achieve desired consistency

At this point you can chill and serve or you can put on med heat and simmer for 30 to 40 minutes allowing it to thicken and then serve warm or chill and serve cold.
