- 1lb ground chicken or 96/4 ground beef
- 3/4 cup fat free cottage cheese (3 dollops) - use food processor or immersion blender
- 1 package of egg life egg white wraps cut into thick strips
- 24 oz jar of pasta sauce
- 2 oz of shredded mozzarella
- 1.5 cups chopped mushrooms
- 1 onion, chopped
- Parmesan cheese (2-3 tbsp)
- a few cloves of garlic
- Italian seasoning

Directions:

1. Heat a skillet on a stove with olive oil

2. Cook your onions until translucent and then add meat. Season with salt and pepper.

3. Once the meat is cooked, add mushrooms and Italian seasoning. Then add pasta sauce, "noodles" aka egg life egg white wraps to the pan. Stir and cover to let it all cook.

4. Add your dollops of whipped cottage cheese, mozzarella and parmesan. Cover to allow mozzarella to melt.

5. Garnish with fresh basil.
