3 lb chuck roast trimmed of fat and cut into large chunks
1 envelope Good Seasons Zesty Italian Salad Dressing
8 oz Giardinera Chicago Style Italian Sandwich Mix (in jar with pickles)
Drained and keep a little for serving (if can't find) use pepperoncini peppers.
1 can or box 14.5 oz beef broth
Provolone Cheese Slices
Hoagie Buns
Bell Pepper and Onions

Directions:
Directions:
Place chuck roast in 5-6 quart crockpot. Sprinkle with salad dressing mix. Add pepperoncine peppers or giardiniera, and beef broth (splash of juice). Lift roast up so that beef broth can get under it. Cook on low for 9 hours or until meat shreds easily. Shred meat and return to crockpot for 1 1/2 hours.

Brown bell pepper and onion in butter

Put meat on Hoagie bun, top with slice of cheese and bell pepper mixture.
