1¾ cups flour
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
1 cup butter
1 cup brown sugar
½ cup sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
3 cups oatmeal
11 oz pkg butterscotch morsels

Directions:
Directions:
Whisk the flour, cinnamon, baking soda and salt together. Set aside.
Beat the butter, brown sugar and sugar together until combined and creamy, about 2 minutes. Add the eggs and vanilla, beat until combined. Add the dry ingredients and mix on low until combined. Blend in the oatmeal and butterscotch morsels.
Preheat oven to 350º. Line baking sheets with parchment paper. Scoop cookie dough and place about 4" apart on baking sheets. Bake for 13 to 14 minutes or until lightly browned on the sides. Allow cookies to cool on sheet for 5 minutes before moving to cooling rack.
