Pecan Brie Recipe

¼ c. brown sugar
¼ c. chopped pecans
1 T. bourbon (optional)
½ box puff pastry, thawed
1 (13 oz.) brie

Directions:
Directions:
Stir together sugar, pecans and bourbon. Place pasty on a lightly floured surface. Roll out fold lines. Spread pecan mixture in a 5 inch circle in the center. Place Brie on top. Wrap pastry around the brie, pinching to seal. Place, folded side down, on a parchment lined baking sheet. Bake at 400º 25 minutes or until pasty is lightly browned. Cool 10 minutes. Serve warm with apple and bread slices.
