1 (10oz.) package frozen spinach (thaw and squeeze out the liquid)
1 envelope Knoor Vegetable soup mix
1 can water chestnuts, chopped
16 oz. sour cream
1 c. mayo
1 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
½ c. shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients expect the cheeses. Place in a 9x9 baking dish and top with cheeses. Bake at 350º 25 minutes.
