½ cup butter
2 cups (12 oz) semi-sweet chocolate
1½ cups flour
¼ cup cocoa
1½ tsp baking powder
¼ tsp salt
1¼ cups brown sugar
3 eggs
1½ tsp vanilla
24 large marshmallows
Icing:
2 cups powdered sugar
¼ cup cocoa
4 TBSP butter, melted
¼ cup hot water
½ tsp vanilla
sprinkles

Directions:
In a medium saucepan melt butter and chocolate, stirring well until melted and smooth, set aside to cool.
Whisk together flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt. Beat brown sugar, eggs and vanilla until light and fluffy. Add the chocolate and mix. Blend in dry ingredients. Cover and refrigerate for an hour.
Preheat oven to 325º. Line baking sheet with parchment paper. Scoop dough onto baking sheet 2" apart.
Bake about 10 to 12 minutes. Cut marshmallows in half. When cookies are baked press marshmallow into center of cookie. Bake 2 to 3 minutes. Cool.
Make icing, spoon on top of each cookie and sprinkles on top. Let set 30 minutes before serving.
