* 4 eggs
* 1 cup sugar
* 1 cup flour
* 1 teaspoon baking powder
* 2 tablespoons butter
* 395g sweetened condensed milk
* 4 tablespoons cocoa powder
* chocolate sprinkles
* powdered sugar
* Salt

Directions:
1 Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fand line a jelly roll pan with parchment paper.
2 In a large bowl, beat eggs and sugar until smooth and fluffy.
3 Add flour, baking powder, and a pinch of salt to the bowl. Mix until combined.
4 Spread the batter evenly on the prepared pan and bake for about 15 minutes.
5 While the cake is baking, prepare the brigadeiro filling - In a pot, combine butter, condensed milk, and cocoa powder. Cook the brigadeiro mixture over medium heat, stirring continuously until it thickens.
6 Once the cake is baked, turn it out onto a sheet of parchment paper dusted with powdered sugar.
7 While the cake is still warm, spread the brigadeiro mixture evenly over it.
8 Roll the cake carefully from one end to the other, supporting it with the parchment paper.
9 Rest the cake roll for a while before applying a layer of Brigadeiro and chocolate sprinkles on top.
10 Slice and serve the Brazilian brigadeiro cake roll.
