1 (18¼ oz) package yellow cake mix
1 (3.4 oz) package instant lemon pudding mix
¾ cup milk
½ cup vegetable oil
½ cup sour cream
4 eggs
1 cup lemonade concentrate OR 1 cup lemon juice
2 cups powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Grease a 9x13 pan.
Stir together the cake mix and instant pudding. Add the milk, oil, eggs and sour cream, mix until smooth and well blended. Spread batter evenly into the prepared pan.
Bake for 40 to 45 minutes until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
While the cake is still hot, poke holes in the top with handle of a wooden spoon.
Mix together the lemonade concentrate or lemon juice and powdered sugar until smooth. Pour over the hot cake.
Can serve plain or with whipped topping or ice cream.
