1 loaf French bread, cut in thick slices
8 large eggs
2 c milk
2 c 18% cream
2 tsp vanilla
1 tsp cinnamon
TOPPING
¾ c butter, room temperature
1 ⅓ c brown sugar
3 T corn syrup
1 ½ c pecans, crushed
Extra pancake syrup for serving

Directions:

Butter 9x13" pan. Layer bread slices into pan leaving space half inch from top.
In blender, mix eggs, milk, cream, vanilla and cinnamon. Pour mixture over bread in pan, cover and refrigerate over night. In the morning, combine topping ingredients and spread over bread and bake at 350º for about 45-50 minutes. It should be golden and puffy. Serve with a large spoon.
