1 French or sourdough baguette, sliced 1/4" - 1/2" thick
olive oil
kosher salt and pepper

1 1/2 cups whole milk ricotta cheese
1/2 cup - 1 cup of pistachios, roughly chopped
2 Tbsp. honey

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 400º. Arrange baguette slices in a single layer on a baking sheet.
Brush each slice of bread with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake until golden brown. Flip the bread and repeat.

Gently spread the ricotta on the baguette. Top with chopped pistachios and drizzle with warm honey.
