3 - 8oz cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 extra-serving-size graham crust
2 tbsp. whipping cream / Cool Whip
Package of Hershey's mini-chips (2 C.)
Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 450
2. Beat cream cheese and sugar until well blended.
3. Add eggs and vanilla, beat well.
4. Stir in all but 1/3 cup chocolate chips by hand, pour into crust.
5. Bake 10 minutes.
6. Reduce heat to 250 *DO NOT OPEN OVEN DOOR* and bake another 30 minutes.
7. Cool, cover and chill.
8. Put remaining 1/3 cup chips and whipping cream into a small bowl. Microwave 20-30 seconds on HI, you should be able to blend these items together until smooth.
9. Spread evenly over pie.
10. Keep leftovers in fridge, if you have any!! :)
