Ingredients:	Ingredients: 1 pkg. Oreo Cookies, crumbled 1 - 8 oz. Cream Cheese 2 small pkg. Vanilla instant pudding 3 C. milk 1 C. Confectioner's Sugar 1 Large Cool Whip 1 Tbsp. Vanilla chopped nuts (if desired)

Directions:	Directions: 1. Mix cheese, pudding, milk, sugar and vanilla. Set aside. 2. Put half of oreo's in a pan. Pat them down. 3. Pour pudding mixture on top. 4. Top with the other half of the cookie mixture. 5. Top with cool whip. 6. Sprinkle with nuts if desired. 7. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
