2/3 C. Mashed Bananas
1/2 C. Butter, softened
3 large Eggs
3/4 C. Water
2 C. Unbleached white All-Purpose Flour
2 tsp. Baking Powder
1 tsp. Baking Soda
1 tsp. Cinnamon
1 C. Chopped Walnuts or half Walnuts & Raisins (optional)

Directions:

1. In a mixing bowl, beat together mashed bananas and butter until creamy.
2. Add eggs and water. Beat well.
3. Stir in flour, baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon. Beat until smooth.
4. Add shopped walnut &/or raisins if using either.
5. Spoon batter into an oiled and floured 9 x 13 baking pan. Spread evenly in pan.
6. Bake 350 degrees for 20 min. or until knife inserted comes out clean.
7. Cool and cut into squares before serving.
