3 C. sifted All-purpose Flour
3 Tbsp. Sugar
1 1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
1 1/4 C. Crisco (shortening)
5-6 Tbsp. Water
1 Can of prepared Apple Pie Filling (20-22 oz) - or pie filling of your choice
Confectioners Sugar

1. Preheat over to 425 degrees.
2. Combine flour, sugar, salt and cinnamon.
3. Cut in Crisco with a pastry blender or 2 knives until mixture is uniform.
4. Sprinkle dough with water, a Tbsp. at a time, stirring it with a fork until just enough has been added so dough can be patted into a ball.
5. Divide dough in half.
6. On a lightly floured surface, roll 1/2 dough into 10 x 15 inch rectangle.
7. Cut into 6 five-inch squares.
8. Repeat with the second half of the dough.
9. Place about 2 Tbsp. fruit filling in center of each square. Moisten edges with water and fold over to form a triangle. Seal with fork.
10. Prick the top of each triangle for steam to escape.
11. Bake on ungreased baking sheet for 12-15 min. or until brown.
12. Cool and sprinkle with confectioners' sugar.
