2½ cup water
2 pkg Cherry Jell-0
1 pkg red hot candy (8oz) bag
1 can Crushed pineapple

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve the jell-0 in the water. Mix remaining ingredients and pour into a 9x12 pan. Let set.
Spread with 8 oz of cream cheese softened and mixed with 1/2 cup sour cream. Cover the jello and let set over night.

During the 70's and 80's jell-o was a bit hit. This was a salad we had every Christmas at the Friedly home.
