1/4 cup Cider Vinegar
1 Tablespoon minced Shallots
3/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
4 teaspoons Honey
2 teaspoons Mayonnaise
2 teaspoons Dijon Mustard
1 teaspoon Kosher Salt
1 teaspoon Fresh Ground Pepper

Combine all ingredients, and refrigerate for one hour.
