½ c white sugar
½ c brown sugar
1 T cinnamon
1 tsp salt
4 c pecans
1 egg white
½ tsp vanilla
1 tsp water

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugars, cinnamon and salt. Set aside.
Beat egg white, vanilla, and water until thick and frothy. Pour over pecans and stir to coat, then add sugar mixture. Stir til well coated. Bake on sheet pan covered with parchment paper at 300º for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes.
