2# Ground Beef
5 slices soft bread
2t. Salt
1/2t. Pepper
2 eggs beaten lightly
2 c. milk
1 10.5 oz. can of Cream of Mushroom soup
1c. water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix hamburger, bread, salt, pepper, eggs and milk in bowl. Mixture will be soft. Melt 3 T. bacon grease in skillet. Drop in meat mixture by tsp. (it will flatten out) Brown on both sides, place in buttered baking dish. (I used Pam). When all meat is browned, add soup and water to drippings in skillet. Heat until warm. Pour over meat and cover baking dish.

Bake at 350degrees for one hour.
