1 can Pumpkin (get the good one) 15 oz
1 can Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk 14 oz
2 large eggs
1 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 tsp Ginger
1/2 tsp Nutmeg
1/2 tsp salt
1 unbaked pie crust (I get frozen one already in a pie shell)
Vanilla extra
(Pumpkin Pie Spice in place of spices above)
Spray Whip Cream

Directions:

Preheat oven to 425
Whisk pumpkin, condensed milk, eggs, spices, and salt in medium bowl.
Pour into crust

Cover crust edges with foil or pie crust saver
Bake for 15 min

Reduce oven temp to 350
Bake 30-40 minutes
Remove pie crust saver during the last 5-10 min

Cool and store in refrigerator

Top cut piece with Whip Cream before serving
