1 T flour
1 c milk
½ c butter
½ c shortening
1 c sugar
2 t vanilla

Mix flour & milk in saucepan. Cook over low heat till thick. Cool (MUST be COLD). Cream butter & shortening with mixter. Add sugar gradually & beat well. Add flour paste & beat a long time. Frost cake.
