1½ T cornstarch
½ c brown sugar
½ c cold water
4 c sliced peaches
1 T butter
1 T lemon juice

Topper:
1 c flour
2 T sugar
1½ t baking powder
¼ t salt

Finishing: ¼ c butter, ¼ c milk, 1 slightly beaten egg

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 3 ingredients. Add peaches. Cook and stir until thickened. Add butter and lemon juice. Pour into 8" round baking dish. Add biscuit topper.

Biscuit topper: mix ingredients together. cut in ¼ c butter, mix ¼ c milk, 1 slightly beaten egg.

Crop on fruit. Bake 400º 20 mins
