4 large eggs
2 c. whole milk
½ c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
¼ tsp. ground nutmeg
Pinch of salt

Directions:
Directions:
1 – Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2 – In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, mild, sugar, vanilla extract, nutmeg, and salt until well combined.
3 – Pour mixture into a 9 inch pie plate.
4 – Place pie plate in a larger baking dish and fill with hot water until it reaches halfway up the side of the pie plate.
5 – Bake in a preheated oven for 45 minutes or until custard is set.
6 – Remove from oven and let cool before serving.
